I started to collect old pictures for my storyboard. But I'm not sure of the story yet.

Istanbul Fashion Week

The best reporter at Fashion Week (©Joanna Ka):

Last week was Fashion Week in Istanbul. Though I never really understand why Fashion Week is called Fashion Week. It's not actually taking place in the span of a week, but rather in the span of a couple of days. But then again "Couple of days of Fashion" doesn't sound so fancy.

You probably wonder why I only have one actual catwalk picture. I do have more. Blurry messes. This might not have happened if I would have thought to bring my camera the first day, my camera's SD card the second day, or charged my battery the third day. Also, the Fashion wasn't really that interesting. There was one show I really liked and I saw about, I dunno, 8, 10 maybe. (This show was on the day I didn't have any battery). I had a lot of fun photobombing with my spongebob bag, sit-dancing with my friends and slack off posh people anyways.

Busy doing nothing

Two of my friends and I walked across Istanbul a couple of days ago and took some pictures. Life in Istanbul is really fucking busy but I love every bit of it. Even going to the office of foreign affairs of the police (or whatever it's called) can be fun. I eat a lot. Even more than in Vienna.
My landlord gives me breakfast on a weekly basis and today I was invited for dinner by a friend of some friends. He's from syria and an amazing cook. We talked about how much we miss Molukheia (how do you write an arabic word in english?).

The only thing that's bugging me is that I hardly have any clothes to wear. I left most of my belongings in Austria and just brought necessities. As of today I only had one sweater. Not even a cardigan. I have to wear the same thing all the time. I was flicking through old pictures of me today and missed all my shiny shiny clothes. I'm a vain person.

I'm spending the rest of the year in Istanbul before I come to Vienna for a visit. That sort of makes me happy and sad at the same time. I miss my family and my friends. I miss sitting in WerkzeugH writing pornpoems.

Today I fell in love with a lesbian actress.

War paint and tobacco stains

I don't have anything to say.
